I opened my agency in 2016 after a career managing jewelry stores, where I developed a passion for sales, customer service, and leadership. I also hold the CHFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation. Outside of work, I'm the proud mom of one son and a lifelong dog lover with a passion for animal welfare.
Giving back to the community is important to me, especially when it comes to supporting local animal rescues. I regularly contribute to animal-related organizations, fundraisers, and community events that help care for animals in need.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
